Hi Chris. So sorry about the pause. I live on my own and have recently had a new puppy. This means I can have not fly about once a day when he is quiet. Yesterday he screamed his head off in his crate and I had to pause the flight until I could settle him. I totally understand if the flight is rejected. Unfortunately, this is likely to happen from time to time until the puppy can be relied upon to be left to his own devices.
