This flight was recovered using the Flight Dispatch Centre after a problem was detected.

Landed aircraft at destination (yesterday) but then lost internet and finally power (to the house!).. but all back again now. Submitted pirep as flight was recovered as complete.

Hi Paul. We have looked in to this and unfortunately there are not enough log entries for this to count as a full flight. I appreciate its a little annoying but the log needs to be at least 80% complete for a flight to be accepted. Sorry. Chris

The flight was originally 100% complete but I probably messed it up by trying to restart the flight tracker. Never tried to recover a flight before so didn't really know what I was doing. One to note should it happen in the future but I am more than happy to fly it again. Kind Regards Paul

Ah, that would explain it. In future if you need to recover a flight, don't restart the tracker. By restarting it, it assumed you wanted your flight overriden so it started again. In future, best bet is to just log in to the website and go to the tracking page there, it will (evenutally) say problem detected and offer you the chance to recover the flight. Thanks, Chris

That makes perfect sense and that is what happened but at least I know now. Like I said I'm perfectly happy to make the flight again so nothing lost, but something learned. Thanks for the info. Blue Skies Paul
