Hi Robert, you've flown this flight as a charter when a schedule exists for it: Cathay Pacific CPA663! You've not had a rejection for flying charter before so I'm going to be lenient on this occasion and accept the PIREP but you must check our Terminal before flying Charter mode to ensure a schedule does not exist unless flying VFR (then you can fly charter for anything). If a schedule forces a specific aircraft to be flown and you want to fly a different plane, that is the only other time you are allowed to fly charter when a schedule exists, but forced aircraft usually only applies to Tour flights.
