Mid-flight stall indications- following a TCAS resolution advisory, AP-disconnect and avoiding action, aircraft required large control deflections to resume flight level, prompted stick-shaker. After porpoising damped-out, AP-reselected. Other pilot was at correct level- probable cause of head-on condition was diferent SIM and weather engine...interesting.
