Hi Shannon, our regulations would require video evidence of such an event to be provided, especially as the landing rate is so far over the maximum allowed (-750 fpm). In this flight, you also had an AFK which was not acknowledged for 55 minutes. Any AFKs no acknowledged within 30 minutes are also a reason for PIREP rejection. I appreciate this is a long flight, but as there are 2 rejectable issues here, its going to have to be rejected, sorry. Chris
