No idea why it picked up a Slew??! I forgot to start the tracker, so Slewed back to the airport after starting thetracker to restart the flight but I didn't think it would trigger until I was on the ground... Engine shutdown was a keybind issue on my landing gear lever. Removed now but not great when your engines shutdown on final...
